Located in an infill site along the busy Holloway Road this office scheme is designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent environmental rating. A combination of vertical and horizontal solar fins shade the south western facade reducing solar gain and optimising daylight levels to reduce electrical usage. The setting out of the fins negotiates a shift in the building line between neighbours. The ground floor of the building has commercial uses which contribute to the pavement level streetscape. Renewable energy is supplied using photovoltaic panels and ground source heat pumps.
