Lessons from Phoenix Heights

Following the completion of our Phoenix Heights in 2009 we spent some time reflecting on what we had learned. The resultant little booklet is summarised below and identified important considerations when designing for people living in high densities.

The project, and much of this thinking, went on to inform the High Density Living SPG design guidance developed by Public Practice and the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
